Our corporate catering offers an elevated and unique take on the charcuterie experience.
All items are available in regular, gluten free, vegetarian & pescatarian options.
We are happy to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions to the best of our ability.
Our charcuterie boards & boxes are not made in an allergen free environment. They contain nuts and seasonal items that may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Anyone with severe allergies should not consume our products.
Corporate and Event orders are scheduled within a sixty minute window. We are happy to work with you, getting your order delivered when needed.
Our delivery fee ($20) includes Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond & Burnaby. Other delivery areas can be negotiated.
The boards and boxes are reusable or recyclable, and they are yours to keep.
We do not offer pickup.
Orders & Payment
To place an order you may use our online ordering system or get in touch for our help in putting together a draft order for you to get approved.
Payment is required before the order is delivered, unless on an approved account and terms.

Emailed inquiries best include your name & phone number, the event date, time, and address, as well as number of guests, dietary restrictions and budget.
Our payment system conveniently accepts most credit cards.
We require a minimum of 2 days lead time on most orders.
For large and/or custom orders more advance notice (1-2 weeks) is always appreciated.
We will do our best to accommodate you but our capacity can fill up.
Corporate + Event Order Cancellations
Tawnshi Charcuterie Inc. provides high-end perishable goods and therefore requires 2 days cancellation notice before the delivery date.
Last-minute cancellations will be subject to full food cost.
