Our Tawnshi charcuterie boards are curated to offer a mix of new and familiar flavours that celebrate indigenous cuisine and spark conversations.
Share food and knowledge, using a QR code to learn about and enjoy our indigenous charcuterie. For many there will be some unfamiliar items, which makes for a culinary adventure.
Whether your senses are awakened by a new flavour or it brings back memories, we love to hear how this sparks conversations about people's connections to indigenous people and places in their lives.

Modern & Indigenous
Tawnshi charcuterie boards & boxes contain a variety of smoked and cured meats, seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables, bannock, assorted jellies, dulse (sea bacon), cheese, pickled preserves, nuts & berries.
All boards & boxes are crafted according to what is in season and available. We like to switch things up with new ideas and discover indigenous products. Most of the time boxes will not look exactly like the photo. No two charcuterie boards & boxes are made exactly the same.

Delivery times between 1-6pm.
Other delivery areas and times can be negotiated. -

Our charcuterie boards & boxes are not made in an allergen free environment. They contain nuts and seasonal items that may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Anyone with severe allergies should not consume our products.
